DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS
Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable content, purchases are generally final once access to the product has been provided. Refunds are not normally offered for change of mind, failure to use the product, purchasing the wrong edition, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference, differences in results produced by third-party AI tools, or changes made by third-party AI platforms after purchase.
However, this policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
PAYMENT OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If you were charged incorrectly, were charged more than once, purchased but cannot access the product, or the delivered file is materially defective, please contact mariia@blindspot-visuals.com. Include your purchase email, order information, and a short description of the issue. We will review legitimate payment or delivery issues and assist where appropriate.
