These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of digital products sold through course.marileda.com. By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
MARILEDA sells pre-created downloadable educational PDF guides relating to AI-assisted fashion and visual production. Products currently include: IMAGE — AI Fashion Photography Guide; CAMPAIGN — AI Fashion Campaign Guide; and FULL SYSTEM — AI Fashion Production Guide. All products are digital. No physical product will be shipped.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
The products are provided for educational and informational purposes. They teach creative workflows, tools, production approaches and methods relating to AI-assisted visual production. Results may vary depending on the tools used, software updates, prompts, references, user experience, model availability, platform changes and creative decisions. No specific commercial, financial or professional result is guaranteed.
3. NO SERVICES INCLUDED
Purchasing a guide does not include consulting, freelance services, custom campaign creation, private coaching, custom prompt creation, technical support beyond reasonable product-access assistance, or ongoing creative services. The purchase is for the downloadable educational product only.
4. LICENSE
Unless otherwise stated, purchases are licensed for personal and professional educational use by the individual purchaser. You may use the knowledge and workflows learned from the guide in your own creative or commercial work. You may not resell the guide, redistribute the PDF, upload the guide publicly, share download access, reproduce substantial portions for resale, package its content as your own educational product, or sell copies to third parties.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original written material, guide design, instructional structure and original educational content are owned by MARILEDA unless otherwise stated. References to third-party tools, platforms, brands or software do not imply ownership, sponsorship or endorsement. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. AI TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
The guides may reference third-party AI tools and software. These platforms may change features, change pricing, modify models, remove functionality, change policies or produce different results over time. MARILEDA is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.
7. PRODUCT ACCESS
After successful payment, access to the purchased digital product is provided through the checkout or delivery system associated with the order. 8. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment provider or Merchant of Record according to the customer’s location and applicable law.

Digital products are subject to the Refund Policy published on this website.
10. ACCEPTABLE USE
Products may not be used in connection with unlawful activity. Customers remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any AI or third-party platform they use.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MARILEDA is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of business opportunities or results arising from the use of the educational materials or third-party tools discussed in them.
